Open-pit mining machinery is the main equipment to complete the coal drop and loading process in the process of comprehensive mechanized mining technology, and is one of the important key equipment in coal mine mechanized production. The working environment of the shearer is bad and the operation structure is complex. Once an accident happens, it will not only cause huge economic losses, but even cause a large number of casualties.


With the development of modern science and technology, the structure and function of the shearer are becoming more and more complex, and the shearer arm has become the main equipment. In order to achieve the goal of high yield, high efficiency, safety and low consumption, the mining inclination sensor installed on the shearer plays an important role. The inclination sensor must be able to work safely in underground explosive gases, with waterproof, anticorrosive and durable outer casing. And the dynamic response time of the dip sensor is very important to satisfy the working condition of the shearer or the roadheader under strong vibration. If the inclination sensor is not suitable, the signal can not keep up with, it is very easy to break down, which may lead to the interruption of the whole mining work, and even the occurrence of safety problems, resulting in huge losses.


There are two main applications of mine inclination sensor in coal mining machinery. Firstly, it is installed on the chassis system, and the shearer is equipped with an inclination sensor to ensure that the chassis of the whole equipment is in a safe working posture. The second is installed on the mechanical rocker arm, which can timely and accurately detect the mechanical rocker arm movement signal and transmit it to the operator.


At present, the high-precision tilt sensor can be used to measure the pitch angle of the coal mining arm and achieve precise control. IP67 has strong ability to resist external electromagnetic interference and vibration shock. The sensor adopts high resolution differential digital-to-analog converter and built-in automatic compensation and filtering algorithm to minimize the error caused by environmental changes. The change of static gravity field is converted into the change of dip angle, and the current roll angle and pitch angle are directly output by digital means. The product is easy to install, easy to use and small in volume. It plays an important role in adjusting the attitude of construction operators in time, improving the mining efficiency and ensuring the safety of construction.
