In the early morning of January 14, 2018, a large-scale collapse occurred in the construction site of Longhu Real Estate in Nanjing. The residential buildings nearby were seriously affected and all of them have been evacuated. There is a residential building in the south of the construction site. From the outside, the four units are most affected by the collapse, and there has been a significant skew.

Along with the city development and the city construction unceasing progress, the old city transformation, the renovation, the municipal engineering construction and so on in the implementation process, will produce certain influence to the surrounding house, causes the original house or the municipal pipeline to have the inclination, the crack or the destruction, therefore, the construction needs to carry on the inspection to the peripheral house, in the foundation pit Buildings within 2-3 times the depth of surrounding area need to do peripheral neighbor impact detection. The time of house inspection should be in three main stages: before the foundation pit excavation, after the foundation pit excavation and after the foundation pit backfilling.

Housing deformation detection mainly includes two parts, inclination detection and settlement monitoring, which are divided into two stages: initial detection and final re-measurement. The first stage is the initial detection, mainly including the actual conditions on the site and the distance from the foundation pit, through the overall inclination of the house, housing settlement to layout monitoring points, and set the starting value of the above-mentioned monitoring content, through the structural characteristics of the house and influencing factors, to determine the alarm value of the house, for the following monitoring work. For the basic basis. During the period, inclinometer sensors and other inclinometer sensors can be installed for data measurement. The second stage is the re-survey after the completion of the construction, calculating the accumulative total value of the vertical displacement and inclination of the house. Through the summary analysis and investigation of the monitoring data of the house during the construction process, we can get the current settlement, inclination, cracking, the allowable deformation of the building under the existing conditions, and whether the house belongs to the dangerous house or not. The influence of adjacent construction on houses is analyzed, and corresponding treatment suggestions are put forward.

Tilt sensor plays an important role in monitoring the tilt of houses, and can accurately monitor the tilt angle. Although conventional methods can be used to detect and observe houses, it is difficult to effectively guarantee the safety of houses because of the long period of manual monitoring, large errors and the inability to collect dynamic data for analysis. These problems can be avoided by using the automatic acquisition scheme, and the inclination sensor measuring method is the most advanced monitoring means at present. The tilt sensor has the functions of continuous reading, automatic recording and digital transmission. When monitoring the inclination of the upper floor of a building, sensors can be placed on the top floor of the building or on the floor of the floor to be observed. When monitoring the foundation tilt, the sensor can be placed on the foundation surface to reflect and analyze the change degree of the building tilt by the measured horizontal tilt angle of the floor or foundation surface, so as to ensure the real-time housing safety.
